What Office Policies Should I Be Aware Of?
If you cannot make it to your appointment for whatever reason, our clinic requests that you call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to let us know. This allows us to fill that slot in a timely manner.
Any missed or cancelled appointments that don’t give us 24 hours notice will result in a non-refundable charge of $25.
We understand that emergencies or illnesses occur and in those situations, we will consult with management and leave the fee up to their discretion.
